Fall 2008 Election Process
Four Boardmembers' terms expire this year: Ed Couch, Wayne Petersen, Barron Smith, and a vacancy.

Nominations for these 3-year seats must be received by September 30, 2008. Any member in good standing may nominate and/or be nominated. Send your nominations to SMVRHM, PO Box 264, Santa Maria, CA 93456- 0264. You may also email your nominations to Jamie Foster. Boardmembers elected this cycle will serve 2009 through 2011.

The ballot will be finalized at the General Meeting of October 2, 2008 (6pm at the Santa Maria Inn). Ballots will be mailed out Oct 3rd to all members in good standing, and must be received back at SMVRHM (PO Box 264, Santa Maria, CA 93456-0264) by November 5th, or members may vote in person at the General Meeting of November 6th (6pm at the Santa Maria Inn). The election results will be determined and finalized at the General Meeting of November 6th.
