October 2, 2004	Caboose No. 180 Open House For a couple months, Caboose No. 180 will be on display next to the SMVRR depot on weekends from 1-4:30pm. See the Caboose Restoration pages. The depot building is located at the corner of McClelland and Jones in downtown Santa Maria, a short block east of where the railroad tracks cross Broadway. [Yahoo map]

April 6, 2003	Kids' Day at Waller Park. This year's theme is "Railroading"! Setup starts about 9:00am for our hamburger booth. The modellers will also be there with a display. Let us know if you can help. And be sure to drop by for lunch!
